On completion of her business degree in both marketing and human resources, Priscilla Pereira moved into a Marketing Manager role before entering the recruitment market.   During her recruitment career, Priscilla has recruited for permanent, temporary and volume markets covering industries such as commercial, industrial, government, banking and finance, legal, call centre, sales, executive and recruitment to recruitment.    Priscilla is also qualified in administering occupational psych testing.   "What you want or need from a career is not often something that people consider, until they are no longer happy with the one they are in. Luminous Group was a means for me to assist other people to achieve their short and long term career goals with a little analysis and planning. What makes me think I can do that? Prior to recruitment, Alyson was employed within hospitality and retail management before working in a state business development capacity across recruitment. Alyson is able to draw on her extensive relationship, business development and people management skills to respond to the demand of sourcing recruitment solutions for her clients across a diverse range of industry sectors. Most recently Alyson has been recruiting from junior through to senior management level within the financial services and business support sectors.
